If the joystick board solution suggested by Ben is not suitable for you and you still want to use FSUIPC, and if you don’t mind a little (basic) coding, you could also get an Arduino board (like a Mega) and use it to interface the panel with the Link2FS software, which (if i remember well) allows you to set FSUIPC offsets based on values sent to the PC from Arduino through serial communication.

I don’t use FSUIPC – its directly wired up to a Leo Bodnar joystick board, and configured as a button with FMGS_Configure
