Marco (upwithoutwings.com) has published a step by step procedures on designing and implementing a system of ducts to keep the sim cool. The appliance blower can be connected to a relay switch which can be activated by the pack switches on the overhead panel.

The genuine speaker panel has an A/C valve which can switch on and off with rotation of the vent.

Jeehell FMGS provides simulated A/C sounds for the flight deck. ProsimA320 does not provide a sound set for the A/C with their software and this would be one way to simulate and keep your equipment cool.
