Main Instrument Panel Support Structure

It may look simplistic but it took many weeks to carefully measure and plan the structural fittings for the Main Instrument Panel (MIP). Part of the difficulty lies in the fact that the MIP is attached at a twenty degree angle onto the shell. A base structure was developed to support the MIP using angle articular joints. Thank you to Richard Long for suggesting the use of aluminium profiles and assisting with the design!
