The flight deck has been designed to be modular – each section can be quickly removed and reassembled for maintenance. Using aluminium profiles the segments can be created and reinforced using simple bolts, angle brackets, and nuts. A hex key set is all that is required to assemble the foundation.

The following sections have been mounted onto the aluminium profiles – Main Instrument Panel (MIP), Rudder Pedals and Sidestick Consoles

The pedestal and seats will also be designed to mount into modular aluminium sections which can be fastened to the existing flight deck structure using brackets.
