The Airbus aircraft has built-in multiple redundancy and alert systems in case of a catastrophic failure.
The Flight Warning Computers (FWC) presents failures to the pilots in the upper and lower ECAM displays and also the glare annunciators. Three annunciators – Master Warning, Master Caution, Autoland are available on each pilots side (six in total).
The annunciator chambers are individually wired to the FWC1 or FWC2.
On the Captain glare side the upper chambers are connected to the FWC1 computers. The lower chambers are connected to the FWC2 computers.
The FO glare side has the opposite configuration with the upper chambers connected to FWC2 and the lower chambers connected to FWC1.

When FWC1 is failed annunciation will only display on the lower chambers on the Captain glare side and on the upper chamber on the FO glare side.
When FWC2 is failed annunciation will only display on the upper chamber on the Captain glare side and on the lower chamber on the FO glare side.
Output boards designed by Cockpit Concept interfaced with Jeehell FMGS allow you to configure each chamber separately to program this behaviour – ensure on the Captain glare you assign upper chambers outputs to FWC1, and lower chamber outputs to FWC2; likewise on the FO glare assign upper chamber outputs to FWC2, and lower chamber outputs to FWC1.

Hi Ben. This was something I presumed wasn’t possible as I found no options when connecting up these annunciators to have them powered by their respective FWCs. If you don’t mind sharing, how were you able to do this using cockpit concept/Jeehell?
Thanks

Hi Harry,
If you are using the Cockpit Concept output boards assign the upper chambers and lower chambers to the appropriate FWC; the Cockpit Concept software distinguishes between the two computers by assigning a 2 on the second one.
For example, on the Captain glare side assign Master Warning upper chamber to “MW” and the lower chamber to “MW2”.

Hi Ben,
Thanks very much for your swift reply. I appear to only have a single ‘MW’and ‘MC’ on my cockpit connect software in use with the output board. It appears to be the most up-to-date version at 1.3.0.0. If you have no suggestions I shall contact cockpit concept and see if they have a solution.
Thanks very much, Harry.
