Hi Vlad, you can use a Leo Bodnar board (BU0836A) or any any joystick board; solenoids need to be connected to 28VDC and you can use a relay to connect

How many amps do I need on the 28VDC power supply to operate the sidesick and tiller as well as the Airbus oem speaker

Power is not required to operate the sidestick or tiller. 28VDC for the speakers.
