ProSim have now taken the wraps off their new home user license agreement, “HomeSim”. The license price remains the same (€1500) however there are some discernible differences compared to their previous license:

– Failures will be removed or limited, however it looks like functionality can be upgradable to certain tiers at different price points.

– The subscription or updates cost has increased to €120 annually.

– Support is included but limited to 2 hours; additional support will be charged at the user expense.

It is unfortunate that existing features will be removed, however it seems this will only affect new licences.
