It has taken several years to source all the parts for the pedestal; it is now finally complete.

Most avionics and flight surface controls on the pedestal can be interfaced to the system software either with ARINC 429 boards or joystick boards.

At this time one OEM Thales MCDU has been sent to Simulator Solutions for keyboard and LCD integration.

The ATC/TCAS Transponder and Weather Radar panel run on 115 VAC 400 HZ and a decision must be made to attempt to interface using the original power requirements or to rebuild the avionic internals. Simon our fellow sim builder has successfully done so with the ATC/TCAS transponder. Our other fellow cockpit builder Florian is scrutinising the schematics to make it work with 5+ and 15+ VDC.
